This has been a wonderful experience with several breakthroughs and new healthier habits forming!
I have also been doing Duality concurrently with this... have 4 weeks to go there. I am much more resistant to stress and anxiety... and I work in a high-stress field at the moment. I have identified several important changes I have been needing to make, probably for years, and am now seeing those changes being made step by step. I am discovering my true purpose on earth and intuiting towards my dream life/career now... I have had several key insights to what this may be during this program! I am creating healthy boundaries with friends and family and putting myself first for the first time EVER! This alone has given AMAZING results in my happiness and sense of fulfillment on the day today!
My son is also making amazing strides... which I am so happy about! I feel that by me addressing some of my issues and learning better strategies for coping, and meditating daily, I am much calmer and our interactions are so much more loving and joyful. Thank you Mindvalley! Thank you Vishen!
