Before this program, I had been suffering from a devastating depression; my father passed away last year, and since then, my life hasn't been the same. I was under medication that I wouldn't imagine I was going to be able to drop that easily. Right now, I'm not taking any kind of medication; I can sleep all night long. The mental blocks are just vanishing little by little. The recurrent suicidal thoughts because of the depression have completely been eradicated. Even aspects such as my appearance improved. Similarly to Vishen, I had suffered from acne, and in my case, since my teenage years. Impressively, through the segment intention and visualization practice, I accomplished to get rid of most of these skin flaws. I would have never expected such a great change in such a short time.
