Applying techniques such as practicing gratitude, forgiveness and using the phrase ‘I am enough’ as my desktop wallpaper has helped me become a more compassionate person, helped me forgive people who bullied me in the past, and made me love myself more. I have been doing the 6 Phase Meditation for 4 years now and it is the #1 meditation practice I use for my daily morning routine and I ABSOLUTELY recommend it to anyone. I also find it easier to handle adversity and I don't complain or get angry as much as before when I face difficult situations. In the past, I would beat myself up when I went through failure.
Now I use failure as fuel to take action and grow. I am UNFUCKWITHABLE! I’ve also had a couple of beautiful destructions in my life and it made me realise that negative things can happen and lead to better things. For example, I was in a very lonely, dark place back in 2018 which led me synchronicities in my life including unexpected income and finding someone on Youtube who helped me develop my confidence and overcome my social anxiety and go from a shy, introverted person to a confident, outgoing person.
Using creative visualisation, I no longer experience asthma symptoms, I no longer get out of breath easily from exercise, and haven’t had an asthma attack in many years. Doing the Be Extraordinary Quest has opened me up too many new techniques that I hadn’t learnt before for developing intuition such as the Clearing the Garbage Technique, the Boardroom Technique, Merging and Identity Shifting. It also made realise that I need invest more into my personal growth, which has led me to invest in Mindvalley Quest All Access so I can use my time during quarantine to grow as much as possible and become EXTRAORDINARY!
