This program radically accelerated my implementation of the concepts in The Buddha and the Badass. Here are some of the things that happened through Be Extraordinary at Work: - I became clear on my values and wrote my manifesto—which I learned was key to attracting allies. - I started using those techniques in mentoring to help others get clear on their values. - My leadership focus changed when Vishen asked the question: “Can we engineer work to generate self-esteem?” - I discovered practical ways to bring meaning to my work and to align my work with my values. - I freaking love the idea of “massive transformational purpose” - My brain is still reeling from the ideas in the “uplevel your identity” section. While in this course, I signed on for Mindvalley All Access. In short, it is brilliant. The delivery of microlearning fits into my incredibly demanding schedule. And the quality of the content is amazing. This is one of the most effective delivery systems for real results I’ve ever encountered. And I’m grateful to the Mindvalley team for creating something this effective.
