Now I am more aware and attentive to doing and thinking about how to make a difference for others in my life as well as helping make the planet healthier and more loving.
I now do small things like taking my own shopping bags to stores instead of using plastic bags that are provided, thanking others for little things they do for me or what I see them doing for others, Looking at my self in the mirror each morning, attend to my negative thoughts and turn them into positive ones, connecting with God through mediation and prayer each day.
