Awaken the Species is probably one of the most mind-blowing and challenging courses at the same time. While I learned a ton of useful techniques that I could implement for my daily life, like the beingness grid I also started asking myself the right questions that led me to be happier, feel more connected and move easier through life. What an epic journey!
