"I am now wanting to know how to connect more profoundly"
I have learnt to honour the Yoga traditions, Bhakti devotional chanting and Buddhism mediation. I have loved the ashrams and temples and admired these places of worship. I have seeked out, wise elders and have learnt from them how to witness the human condition. I walked away from a conventional life in London several years ago, when I realised that I felt numb and trapped. I had a statement in my head that was; If I dead tomorrow what would I regret? spending so much time in a job that I found soulless or being courageous and learning to follow my heart. So I travelled for a year and returned to Live in wild landscape in the uk, in a caravan for several years. Here I gave myself the time to release lots of pain and trauma and connect to great spirit and mother nature. As a child my energy was all in my head. I could not hold other peoples attention for very long. Now I have dropped into my body. I can hold others attention and I am fascinated in their connection and stories. I am now wanting to know how to connect more profoundly and be engage more in community and find meaningfully ways to be in service.
