This program has endorsed my ability to be generous with my peers, direct reports and mentors… I've been in a new position for three months, and being generous has kept me motivated not only to fulfill my new assignment's needs but also the expectations of all people I relate with. In addition to this ping exercise, I´ll keep on letting my workmates know how good I feel about sharing experiences with and learning from them. This is a tremendous generosity lesson.
