I didn't know where to start with kettlebells that a friend suggested, so I just bought one and never looked back.
The first thing I did before I even swung the bell was extensive research, which I accumulated over 4 weeks. Your break downs of very difficult exercises into easy to understand segments are second to none. You are clear, concise and really drive home the point you are making. You also demonstrate what not to do as well, which is equally important.
The different variations of numerous exercises and the range of motion you need to use to complete the exercise in stages. I have purchased all of your [programs] and studied them over and over and because of your attitude to help others, I was lucky enough to learn that form and technique is paramount in kettlebell exercise in any way, and have rarely suffered from calluses and tears.
Mr. Cotter, you deserve all the acclaim as you have dedicated your life to this craft and I hope one day I am able to take an IKFF course when it comes around by my home town. Thank you for passing your knowledge on.
