Steve Cotter’s online coaching has been a core part of my workouts for the past four years.
It has taken my training to a completely different level. 
I have always worked out and participated in high-intensity workouts. I was a high school athlete and excelled in martial arts and competitive mountain biking. 
I have never experienced workouts like those in Steve’s program. I just turned 50 and I have never been in better shape. I have dropped 30 pounds and currently carry 7 percent body fat. I highly recommend his program and wish I had had access to his instruction decades ago.
