I have grown so much in how I mentally and physically approach networking. The fear factor is gone. Networking is more natural for me since I`m doing it purposefully and have processes for moving forward… I have many stories today in how I approach individuals and situations with a newfound confidence that I absolutely would not have even considered 8 months ago.
