I don't think any amount of thanks is going to be sufficient to appreciate the impact your message has created on the organization and the people who attended the workshops. I have already seen changes that have wide ranging impact across the organization and I can also feel many of my colleagues taking the time to reflect about their careers and their life and finally decide to reach out to that next 'trapeze' that has their name on it. All it takes is just that one spark to ignite those flames once again - thank you for all your kind words and for your wonderful messages, it could not have come at a better time than NOW.
