"The fact that I ended up with 40, yes 40 typed pages of notes exemplifies how important I found this book to be."

I read Robin’s book along with fellow members of the Body Rituals Studio, Book Club (Upland, CA). The fact that I ended up with 40, yes 40 typed pages of notes exemplifies how important I found this book to be. In fact, I re-read these notes somewhat regularly, as a reminder of the incredible, life changing concepts I learned while reading this amazing book. In a nutshell, it's a user-guide for living a self-actualized life. There's discipline involved and whenever discipline is involved, good things happen, like productivity. I also found that it opened my mind to the fact that self-talk, autosuggestion and taking charge of which thoughts you allow in your mind is supremely important. We might be what we eat or what we do, but most importantly, we are what we think. Too often, we can do more that we believe we are capable of doing. Bottom line, if you need to overhaul your life or simply transform it then pick up a copy of this book. I'll even e-mail you my 40 pages of notes.
