I have been studying kb's for 5 years and have found your Extreme Strength [program] to be the highest quality instruction, and programming I have ever found. It was the total package. 
I am currently running the 12-week program as my GPP before I get back into competitive MMA. It's funny because every workout seems to be exactly what I needed that day. 
For my current goals and skill level, it could not be better. I am a trainer I run my own studio in Portland Oregon, I have been training clients since 2005. I cannot say enough great things about your products.
