"It has been a pleasure and an honor to share this course with so much talent among organizers, teachers, and students"

Before this program, I had participated in the AI Mastery of 2023, gaining a broad and very comprehensive understanding of the possibilities and scope of AI.
In this program, I haven't been as active as I would have liked, but I have reaffirmed the need not to wait to implement AI in an organization with more than 1,000 employees and regulatory constraints. I have experienced firsthand the dizzying speed at which it moves. And I have confirmed a basic philosophy for an organization: three stages must be followed—1) Preparation (governance, awareness, training, and initial technological infrastructure), 2) Selection and prioritization of use cases (with common sense, focusing on those with the smallest scope for quick implementation, thoroughly analyzing the ROI of the case and its alignment with the strategy), and 3) Implementing the use cases in strict priority order. Steps 2 and 3 will be repeated over time.
Now, I have a sense of being like a tortoise as I observe how smaller groups are much more agile and creative. At MAZ, we are focused on step 2 and just beginning step 3.
I have prepared a small project, "18 months leveragina AI - MAZ case" submitted to the mastery awards, not so much to win any award, but to serve the extraordinary colleagues in this course in case they need to tackle a project in a large company, with a small component of content generation and a large portion of transversal, multi-departmental, and multi-technology processes.
It has been a pleasure and an honor to share this course with so much talent among organizers, teachers, and students.
