Before taking AI Mastery I had taken a few other courses in AI, however compared to this course they were pretty shallow exposures to ChatGPT and Midjourney for limited use scenarios.
As A 66 year young Plumber looking for my next career path I want to learn new challenging things that I can share with others and I knew that AI could provide that start. This course is helping me become aware of what I don't know. We were exposed to so many different tools and uses that I am have new epiphanies and ideas almost daily. I've never had this level of personal support in any online class I've taken before.
Here are a few projects that I have started or will start soon
1) AI evangelist for my current company, a plumbing/HVAC firm with about 90 employees. I am teaching what is available and how to use it. (One of the girls at work made me the wooden drink coaster in the second picture.)
2) Helping my sister translate instructional videos for a volunteer service organization in Puerto Rico from English to Spanish.
3) Create a self-improvement program specifically designed for people who receive tips as part of their job.
4) My 7 year old grandson has been writing ideas for movies he wants to make. We are starting to bring them to life together. If the only thing I got from this course was this opportunity to work with him for a few years on something he is passionate about it is more than worth the time and money spent here.
My main goal is to have as much fun in the next 40 years as I have had in the last 40, staying ahead of the curve in AI will help that goal to come to pass!
