Before AI Mastery, I was deeply committed to my work supporting prenatal and postpartum families, infants, and young children, but I often felt like AI was moving faster than I could realistically keep up with. I was curious and motivated, yet unsure how to apply AI in a practical, ethical way within my day-to-day leadership and systems work. I wanted clarity, not just concepts.
I now feel empowered, capable, and much more future-ready. AI no longer feels intimidating or abstract. Instead, it feels like a thoughtful tool I can use to strengthen communication, streamline complex workflows, and support teams more effectively. My confidence in navigating AI responsibly has grown tremendously.
I enrolled because I could see that AI was rapidly shaping the future of work, especially in health and human services. I didn’t want to fall behind, I wanted to understand how to use AI in a way that aligns with ethical practice, equity, and real-world impact.
I hoped to gain practical skills, not just theory. Specifically, I wanted to learn how to use AI to improve knowledge access, strengthen professional communication, and build smarter systems that support staff and the families we serve. I also wanted to understand the boundaries of responsible AI use in a public-service context.
AI Mastery makes complex technology feel approachable and immediately useful. The biggest value for me has been the mindset shift, realizing that you don’t have to be a programmer to meaningfully use AI. If you are a mission-driven professional who wants to work smarter and stay relevant in a rapidly changing world, this program provides both the foundation and the confidence to start.
The biggest changes have been in my professional workflow, strategic thinking, and personal innovation goals. I am now building custom GPT tools, refining high-stakes communications more efficiently, and exploring AI-supported solutions that could improve how teams access and interpret complex information. I’ve also expanded my personal brand vision (LezlyGrace) to include AI-powered wellness and education support.
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are…
1. AI is most powerful when used thoughtfully and ethically — not just quickly.
2. You don’t need to be highly technical to become an AI-empowered leader.
3. Small, practical AI integrations can create meaningful efficiency and clarity gains.
The biggest positive change is my shift from uncertainty to confident experimentation. I am no longer watching AI from the sidelines — I am actively building, testing, and applying what I’m learning in ways that support real people and real systems. That mindset shift alone has been incredibly energizing.
