"I have a Social Media Planner and calendar that automates posts for me, generates ideas and generates images"

 I'm Kaelin Flanery, a recent graduate from the University of Wyoming where I earned my degree in Business Marketing and competed on their swim team. I currently work in the marketing department at Peak Capital Mortgage. I created a Social Media Post Generator & Calendar in Airtable using Make.com, Chat GPT, and different social media platforms.

These are the steps I took. 
1.     I started with a base Airtable, which just had Post topic, Dates, Status, Channels (Social Media Platforms), Copy, Hashtags, Content Image & Record ID.
2.     I then made a Make.com scenario that would search my Airtable for any status fields marked approved. If approved, it would then check to see which media channels were selected to post on. 
3.     If the date and time for the post was current, then Airtable would post to those channels and update the record ID in Airtable

I then made another Make.com scenario. 
1.     This scenario would search Airtable, to see if any field status was set to planning. If they were, I would then run through Chat GPT to create an image and create the post “Copy” content with hashtags. 
2.     Then it would update the Airtable with the post copy and image. 

I then had an idea that I could use Airtable almost like a slot machine, where it would randomize different fields for me to create a post and give me unlimited ideas. 
1.     To do this I created a 2nd Table that has the fields of Theme, Content, Design & Purpose.
2.     I found that Airtable had a Randomizer extension. I applied that to 3 different fields. 
3.     I used Vykintas “To-When-So Sentence Formula” to create my prompt using all the fields. 
4.     I then created an automation that would take the prompt that was just created from the “To-When-So Sentence” move it to the first table and set the status to planning.

So, in the end I have a Social Media Planner and calendar that automates posts for me, generates ideas and generates images. Thank you for such a wonderful program. I learned so much and am happy that I am already implementing some of the things I learned.
