Thatโs when I found Jeffrey Allen on YouTube. I started watching his meditation practices just to quiet my nervous system. I needed something steady in the middle of chaos.
One day I saw a video of Jeffrey walking on a beach with Vishen. I didnโt even know what Mindvalley was at the time. But I was curious. I started digging.

โข Forces neutrality when emotions run high
It became my calm strategist in high conflict situations.
Then I built a Neutral Parenting Notes GPT.
I can voice record my day. It converts everything into structured, neutral, time stamped documentation. No drama. No emotion. Just facts.
In high conflict situations, documentation is clarity.
But the transformation didnโt stop there.
After the summit, I enrolled in Social Media Mastery, which helped me connect the dots between personal growth and business expression.

Then I joined AI Mastery.
