“I built a fully automated AI customer service system for my brand”

Hi, I’m Lada Komarova — founder and creative director of DELADA, a London-based fashion brand.

Before this program, I… was excited about AI, but I was using it in a very “random” way — lots of experimenting, not enough structure. I had ideas for automations, content, visuals, even website improvements, but it often felt overwhelming and time-consuming to connect everything into a system that actually works.

Thanks to this program, I… learned how to work with AI in a clear, repeatable way — and I built real things. My biggest achievement was creating an n8n automation system and turning it into a fully automated customer service flow that’s now working beautifully (and it was honestly complicated!). I also became confident with image generation and website building, which helped me move from “ideas in my head” to real outputs I can use for my brand.

And now, my life is… more focused, more efficient, and a lot more creative — because I’m not just learning tools anymore, I’m building a new way of working that supports my goals and what I want to create next.
