I work in Experience Design and Strategy consulting, helping companies design innovative products and services while optimising workflows and operations. Over the past five years, I’ve collaborated with innovation centres to envision future experiences powered by AI and emerging technologies looking years ahead. While I had a strong understanding of AI’s strategic opportunities, prototyping solutions was often beyond my reach. It required cross-disciplinary creative and technology teams, and moving from concepts to tangible results took weeks or months.
I joined the AI Mastery course to gain practical, no-code AI skills that would allow me and my teams to bring ideas to life faster and to focus not only on AI strategy but also on implementing AI-powered solutions, to show, not tell.
The course has profoundly transformed my approach to design and strategy consulting. I’ve built a growing team of custom AI agents that handle tasks such as research, data analysis, content creation, design, and marketing. This capability has empowered me to experiment with new product ideas and business propositions faster and more efficiently.
I can turn product and service concepts into immersive stories and functional prototypes within hours or days rather than weeks, testing them with human and synthetic users to accelerate product development and enhance client collaboration. In service design, where mapping workflows and creating blueprints for streamlining operations are key, I can now go beyond recommendations and directly automate parts of these workflows for clients, delivering even greater value to clients.
The course also taught me how to identify and evaluate opportunities to use AI effectively, opening my mind to countless applications in both my work and personal life. Client conversations now often spark ideas for AI-enabled solutions, and I have frameworks for quantifying their value and selecting the best implementation methods and tools at my fingertips.
Beyond practical skills, AI Mastery shifted my relationship with AI — from seeing it as a powerful tool to working with it as a collaborative partner. It feels like having a 24/7 team of experts by my side, bouncing ideas, creating assets, building products, generating feedback, and learning from data. These cutting-edge AI skills are empowering entrepreneurs and small businesses to achieve results that, just a few years ago, were possible only for much larger teams. AI is truly democratising innovation.
Earlier this year, I attended the “Autonomous Innovation” summit, where industry leaders showcased strategic applications of AI across industries. I was captivated by the idea of creating “innovation engines” that replicate the work of entire innovation teams—from research and idea generation to concept prototyping, design, testing, delivery, marketing, and sales. Mindvalley AI Summit inspired me to take the AI Mastery course to learn how to build these kinds of capabilities and transform the way we innovate.
The course delivered exactly what I was hoping for. It also changed the way I learn. I’ve developed AI-powered “coaches” for new areas of knowledge, that help me and my teams quickly acquire new skills and concepts, making continuous learning seamless.
Unlike many courses that focus exclusively on AI strategy or coding, AI Mastery bridges the gap by offering actionable, no-code AI methods for creators, founders, and entrepreneurs. Each session teaches practical skills that can be applied immediately, and the follow-up office hours provide personalised support to address every question.
The diverse teaching team brought unique professional perspectives from fields like business, technology, design, branding, marketing, and media production, making the course engaging and enriching. I am especially grateful to Vyk, the course leader, whose dedication and expertise ensured we fully understood both the conceptual and practical aspects of the course. He went above and beyond to answer every question and guide us through the material.
The course is intense—at times, it felt like drinking from a firehose—but the more time you invest, the more value you’ll gain. It has been truly empowering, changing my perspective and approach to strategy, product, and service design. I look forward to applying everything I’ve learned to real-world projects within my company and for my clients next year!
