Our suppliers can book various marketing activities with us. The challenge was twofold: firstly, we already had bookings, and until now, these bookings were made via email or by phone. To address this, I created a new Base for addresses, applicable both internally and externally. Which I will use also for Events that we organize.
Furthermore, I developed a new database containing all booked marketing activities, each with varying prices, durations, and booking periods. I have also created a form that allows suppliers to book activities, displaying only the slots that are available. To streamline the process, I crafted an overview that consolidates all booked activities and calculates the total costs. Various automations have been implemented to integrate new bookings with existing ones, ensuring that the overview is always automatically updated. Additionally, using Page Designer, I have devised two templates, enabling us to deliver an invoice to the customer either as a PDF or via email. The image for the form was designed using Dalle.
I am also integrating an automated email that suppliers will receive as soon as they have made a booking. This email informs them about formats, deadlines, and the contacts to whom they must send the designs and/or attachments. Additionally, a second email will remind them of the deadline.
