"Over the course of the program, I built and refined AI workflows that support both strategy and operations"

When I started AI Accelerator, I wasn’t looking for ideas — I was looking for execution. I run a consulting business focused on safety, security, and loss prevention in the Quick Service Restaurant industry, and I wanted to move beyond using AI as a tool for content generation into something much more practical: real systems that create real value.
Over the course of the program, I built and refined AI workflows that support both strategy and operations. I developed custom AI agents aligned to my brand voice and philosophy, created frameworks for client communication that feel authentic and human, and began integrating AI into real-world workflows like reporting, process design, client outreach, and education delivery. Instead of isolated experiments, I focused on building connected systems — AI that supports decision-making, teaching, and scalable service delivery.
The biggest challenges weren’t technical — they were clarity and alignment. I worked through how to translate deeply personal values around leadership, integrity, and people-first loss prevention into repeatable AI processes without losing authenticity. I also had to learn how to structure AI outputs so they fit naturally into existing business operations rather than creating more noise.
The biggest breakthroughs came when AI stopped feeling like a “tool” and started becoming a collaborative partner. I realized I could combine my decades of industry experience with AI to accelerate work that once took hours or days — from drafting communication frameworks to building scalable educational concepts and operational systems that genuinely help others.
What I built during AI Accelerator isn’t just content or prompts — it’s the foundation of an AI-enabled ecosystem designed to help franchisees and organizations operate more safely, more effectively, and with greater clarity. The experience showed me that real AI implementation isn’t about automation for its own sake — it’s about amplifying human insight, values, and leadership at scale.
