Before this Quest, my relationship with AI was heavily using ChatGPT, mainly for cutting time on research and content creation. Though I knew very well of the possibilites of AI, I didn’t have a clear view on the “how” of using AI for automation and which tools to best use.
With Mindvalley’s AI Accelerator Program I got the clear, easy-to-implement structure for using the tools in a way that actually saves me a great amount of time – in just one week!
For me I can break the week into three big chunks that really help me saving a lot of time going forward:
1. Meetings where AI not only takes my meeting notes for me but actually turns them into something I can use: capturing the conversation and destilling the essentials — key decisions, action items, follow-ups, risks, and what actually matters. Best of all, thanks to Claude I can even “translate” them into easy to understand flowcharts and images to share with teammembers.
2. Diving deeper into Airtable with Vykintas came at the right in time as we are starting 2 new projects – we started using Airtable right from the beginning of these projects to build a solid database in one place. We now have a backbone we can rely on. Combining this with meeting notes, tasks, timelines and more importantly context and the connection to other tools like Google Drive and Claude, this is really saving us a lot of time.
3. Creating a clone of myself so I don’t have to be in front of the camera (which I “hate” wholeheartedly…). Thanks to Vishen’s voice clone and Iman’s video clone I can not only stay behind the camera, but also create content and videos consistent with my voice and message in record time. Big thank you to Iman for this one!
This quest really helped me working with AI systematically, not only when it comes to saving time, but also to content creating and project management - exactly what I was looking for at this point in time. Of course, it all takes a bit of time to set up i.e. the connection between tools for automation, but once structure, context, and automations are implemented, a lot of my time now is freed up for other things!
If you want a straightforward structure for using AI tools in a practical way — and you want results you can implement immediately — I’d absolutely recommend Mindvalley’s AI Accelerator. Vishen, Vykintas, and Iman were truly amazing teachers, and the program delivered real-world workflows I started using already before the end of the program :-)
