In the AI courses I had taken before, they focused on tools, which I did not know how to apply to my business. After taking this Quest, I feel I have many concrete strategies, ways and tools to apply AI in my business (and life!) today.
I knew that AI agents could make business more efficient and effective, but I did not know exactly how. I needed a real person to guide me and show me actual use cases I could apply to my unique business. I liked the real-life guidance we had on this course, and other business owners in the meetings opened my mind to other possibilities too.
Now, I have the possibility of running a 1-person business that required 8 people in my previous business. With this course, I created 1) a customer service AI agent by video, 2) a sales CRM that has the exact data I want, 3) an email response system, based on my voice, 4) a writing voice style guide, which I can use to create written pieces, 5) a way to create new blogs based on my voice, 6) ability to turn my blogs into mindmaps, infographics and videos that I can use, 7) a way to turn my 10 years of work into AI tools to help future clients, and 8) have fun doing it!
Most importantly, I have hope for my ability to enter the AI age and use tools successfully.
I no longer feel threatened by AI. I'm confident about harnessing AI to improve my business and life.
I recommend this Quest to any founder, business owner or career professional who is looking for a way to harness AI to improve effectiveness, as well as have more fun. The teachers are committed to students' success, and the community is very growth oriented.
The biggest change in my life is feeling more hope, possibility and fun in the world of AI.
