5 Days To A Powerful Memory

"What I’m doing as today is to form my new habits"

Prior to taking Jim Kwik’s 5 Days to a powerful brain, I did read his book Limitless. I must admit I was ready for that book even though I thought I was. Taking his quick 5 day course really opened my eyes to how selfish I was being unintentionally of course.
Which is not a for focusing on being the best Life Coaching business in the world even while starting which in the company I currently work for. I now realize that having a conversation in my head about what this person is dealing and how to help them help themselves completely took my focus of them and their issue.

Honestly to guide and assist you have to open, actively listening being and that everyone faced their situations differently no matter if some of their experiences is the same as mine.

I knew from being Jim’s book and watching his YouTube videos about the right brain foods and yet I stopped which most likely is part of the reason for me not being focused. And I’m almost sure that’s why I was procrastinating and while doing so others ares still dealing with issues. There are times I thought I was ready and yet I found out I had more forgiving for myself to do. Acknowledging where I need to improve in my life.

All this came from these 5 days of a powerful brain. It’s important in my life and my business to remember. One of the most important reasons is that my grandmother and two of my aunts transitioned due to Alzheimer’s and mothers health is currently failing to due to as well. I know that it’s important to exercise your brain. As I stated to recall what mom and her sisters did or didn’t do. I knew I had to make a shift so that not only my children don’t suffer and feel it’s genetic most importantly I’m new to be a grandma (Sunshine). I have to stop this now for siblings and their children and children’s children. It’s not genetic the only way to provide it is to be living-proof.

What I’m doing as today is to form my new habits (morning brain shakes, exercise, meditate, remember names and conversations associated when we meant and drink more water) all important aspects of living a better and healthier life.

Thank you for being open to listening and starting a quest, gathering such super coaches that so much compassion and love to help others all around the world. I truly appreciate each and everyone one you who’s courses I have taken and will take.
