a long time ago I was trying to improve my memory which was embarrassing me in my work or in my every day life. I followed many programs relating to self-improvement and somehow I succeed. but this program is specific to what I need , it makes me happy that I've found what I need . I will keep on learning every day and taking action to improve my memory by following the steps mentioned by our great coach Jim Kwik .
