I struggled with my mindset because I didn’t have control over my thoughts. I also felt tired all the time due to lack of sleep and poor diet. I knew something had to change and this made me start my mind valley journey. Since starting, I am mindful of eating the brain foods such as avocados, eggs, walnuts as part of my diet, I am controlling the ANTS with positive words, taking deep breaths to calm myself and taking better notes.
