"I recommend this quest"

Before I took on the Quest of 5 Days To A Powerful Memory, I was constantly forgetting names. I could remember faces and recognize them quite well. However, the name just wasn't there.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest and my goal was to learn ways to improve my memory and remember those names among other pieces of information I learn as I go through life.
I look forward to using the skills Jim teaches here.
While I have heard many of the areas talked about, I wasn't ready to use those skills and I forgot them. Imagine that.
This time, I used active listening skills by taking notes which is one tidbit that Jim talks about.
I recommend this quest because Jim Kwik has great information and great insights that may be new or simply reminders as to how to improve the memory.
