Before this program I always doubted myself and had no confidence on improving my memory as I get older. I used to think 'if it hasn't been great when I was young what are the chance on improving it now?'. thanks to this program all that changed and I believe in myself more due to all these methods that I have started to practice and apply. And now my life feels as if doors has opened and I am on the path of this grand journey of improving and better my memory. The program has lightened up my hope I can and I will, and I do have a good memory.
