Hello, I have followed this quest more for my clients than for me. I thought I was sleeping well, even very well. I have discovered that my sleep was not as great as I thought: I fall asleep too quickly (a few seconds) and I don't respect my bear type. I miss more than 1 hour per night. Now I take some time before to…

And now I know more myself, what I want and who I want to become and it is very clear in my head and in my behaviors. I am optimistic for the future me and my life…

I love having access to such a variety of inspiring programmes from expert leaders. The production quality, course design and content are all excellent. As a mindset coach, researcher and writer currently writing a book on mindset mastery, I wanted to access the latest mind/body/spirit thought leadership and this is…

It had been a year that I felt I was not in the right place in my life: I didnt seem to recover entirely from a breakup, I was miserable at my work, I had the feeling my life was sliping through my hands. I knew I had to make changes but I had no idea where to start and didn't seem to have enough courage. Lifebook…

Before Lifebook, I felt somewhat lost of where I am heading in spite of a successful career, financials, ..level 107. Part of feeling lost was my partner, friend, a colleague (as we worked together closely as well) died 4 years ago. It has been a steep slope working to climb. I never imagined losing him so young at age…

I would like to thank Marisa and Mindvalley for their excellent online courses. I did both of her courses. It helped me take a leap in my manager role of a team of dietitians. I was suffering from imposter syndrome and was stuck and felt I didn't have much to give them anymore. What a change, I am mega motivated and…

I have gotten back into a healthy feeling within my body and in my mind, I am now starting to see what's possible in the future vs feeling depressed about being out of shape and feeling even worse because I have no motivation to fight to get back into shape... investing in myself and actively participating in the WildFit 90 day challenge program not only gave me back a stronger healthier body but it also inspired in me a desire to be more AGAIN and to be my best.

For many years, I was obsessed with being successful and fulfilled in all areas of life, but by trying to do so, I would always end up burnt out, overwhelmed, or sacrificing one area for the other. There was a lot of disharmony between my career and my family life, or between living my passion and creating wealth, or…
