Before this quest, I was taking far too long to memorize text and I couldn't for the life of me begin to remember all my passwords and phone numbers. I enrolled to "try" to improve in these areas. This quest is not finished and I can tell you that it will probably never be finished. I am far from where I need to be but…

I had completed a coaching course before starting this Hypnotherapy training with Mindvalley, as I was fascinated at the power of the subconscious. This training took that to a new level and Paul's structure and content is second to none. The breadth and detail covered really gives you the tools to go out there and do…

Before this certification, I felt lost, lacked confidence, and often viewed the future negatively. Completing Mindvalley's hypnotherapist certification transformed my life-I now feel happier, less stressed, and confident about my future and abilities. I also paired it with Paul McKenna's Bliss Quest, which was the…

Before this program, I thought I had a fairly good knowledge of immunity. ...and like Jim Kwik explained, one of the best ways to learn is to come at the subject as if you were a child and as if you wanted to know everything. T hat is what I did - and I learned. ...about the importance of my breathing and water intake…

I must say that the switch is amazing. I did the Lifebook at a point where I was a little bit lost in my life, not knowing where I was going to and what to do to improve. I love having access to such a variety of inspiring programmes from expert leaders. The production quality, course design and content are all excellent. It had been a year that I felt I was not in the right place in my life: I didnt seem to recover entirely from a breakup, I was miserable at my work, I had the feeling my life was sliping through my hands. I knew I had to make changes but I had no idea where to start and didn't seem to have enough courage. Lifebook…

Before Lifebook, I felt somewhat lost of where I am heading in spite of a successful career, financials, ..level 107. Part of feeling lost was my partner, friend, a colleague (as we worked together closely as well) died 4 years ago. It has been a steep slope working to climb. I never imagined losing him so young at age…

I would like to thank Marisa and Mindvalley for their excellent online courses. I did both of her courses. It helped me take a leap in my manager role of a team of dietitians. I was suffering from imposter syndrome and was stuck and felt I didn't have much to give them anymore. What a change, I am mega motivated and…
