"-9 kilos, waist : -14 cm and hips -11 cm. Better sleep, more energy and I can walk fast again without any pain"
After crossing into obesity at 85kg during menopause, she discovered WildFit and transformed not just her body—losing 9 kilos and eliminating back and knee pain—but her entire relationship with food, proving that lasting change is possible at any age.
My results : -9 kilos, waist : -14 cm and hips -11 cm. Better sleep, more energy and I can walk fast again without any pain :) I have always loved cooking, food, and eating. I come from a family of big eaters and indulgers but I was the one who was educated nutritionally and paid attention to the quality of what I was eating, chasing additives, sugar, favoring home made, reading labels and avoiding processed food. It all served me rather well, but I tended to eat too many carbs or not stopping when I was full. Pregnancies, and lately menopause got the best of my intention to never go above 80kg. I started to have back pain, my knees became painful and in summer 2025 I even crossed the threshold of obesity by reaching 85 kg and I didn't feel well in general. I was thinking that I would never go back under 80 kg (you know, after a certain age, you can't get that weight off, they say). After hearing so many testimonials of people who had done Wildfit on the stage of Mindvalley U in Amsterdam (and being really impressed with the people who could get off medication), I took the leap in October and I must say that I'm absolutely glad I did. I lost weight and I am now at 75 kg (YAY !!!) and intend to shed 5 more kilos - but most of all, my whole psychology about food has changed and I learnt a lot about myself and the different types of hunger. I am no longer afraid of not eating enough or of being hungry and I can take the time to examin my choices and question them. Sometimes it was a breeze, sometimes the road was a bit more bumpy, but it was all so worth it !!! I am really thankful to Eric and Mindvalley.
