I completed the 90-day Quest a few years ago and I still recognise today the changes it brought about in my understanding of nutrition. Understanding the psychology behind our eating changed everything. Eric is a wonderful coach and I am so grateful that he created this program - and that's why, in these stressful times, I'm starting the program again. I need the 'reset'.

Ich habe die 90 Tages Quest vor ein paar Jahren abgeschlossen und erkenne noch heute die Veränderungen die es in meinem Ernährungs-Verständnis bewirkt hat. Die Psychologie hinter unserer Ernährung zu verstehen hat alles verändert. Eric ist ein wunderbarer Coach und ich bin so dankbar, dass er dieses Programm erstellt hat - und deshalb starte ich in diesen stressigen Zeiten nochmal mit dem Programm. Ich brauche den 'Neustart'.
