"Such a beautiful life hack for those struggling to really shift stuck pain / trauma in their bodies"
This one of those LIFE HACKS we all need to have in our life toolkit. It really works! What has been absolutely game-changing for me in this quest has been: 1) This is not being an intellectual exercise, it was all about feeling and riding the emotional waves and it took the pressure off me having to figure out everything. My body knew exactly what it needed to do to heal me
2) I got space! I got more mental space, breathing space and emotional space to embrace better into my mind, heart and life
3) I could feel my depression dissolve at times, my anxiety calm down and my confidence in myself and life rise
This is such a beautiful life hack for those struggling to really shift stuck pain / trauma in their bodies. Your body knows how to heal itself, you just need to give it the right support to do its best job. Taking care of itself and you! Emotions are meant to be felt and move through your body. There is no place for them to stay trapped in your body and mind. In their expression and movement, you will find freedom. A beautiful set of practices indeed!
