"I have found that tapping has helped me stay centered and in the present moment"
Hi Folks, I just want to say thank you for this course, especially to Jennifer for her enthusiasm and genuine care and understanding. I chose to do this course to deepen my understanding of tapping. I had been introduced to it about eleven years ago by a parent of a class I taught and have occasionally used it in the classroom. I felt I needed to embed it as a daily practice and by doing it each day for the past four weeks has certainly helped me do just that. One of the best things that has happened for me over the past twenty-eight days is that I find myself automatically using tapping when I feel my joy is being compromised. Like many people worldwide, I am being challenged by the impacts of government (Victoria, Australia) mandated lockdowns and more importantly for me from a pro-choice perspective, mandated vaccinations to be able to continue working in my chosen field (education). This triggers my fear of having my needs met in the future and I have found that tapping has helped me stay centered and in the present moment. I probably won't be able to attend the celebration call due to the time factor (it will be midnight here) and that I have joyful grandma duties the next morning. I need to be present for my little cherubs. I wish everyone well and plan to make tapping a regular part of my classroom activities. Cheers, Cathy
