Before this program I struggled to fully understand and implement practice of meditation. I felt something was missing. The missing link turned out to be deep understanding of energy. Duality course not only gave me a deep understanding of energy, energy flow, higher self, spirit, guides, but it also helped me meditate with ease! Incredible ease! Jeffrey is so relaxed and natural in this energy work field that is simply amazing. As a am newbie in my own awakening and unfolding journey, of course, it will take me some time to perfect and master all that I learned. However, I truly rest assured that I have learned from the best of the best on this planet and that I have a good foundation that will fast-track me to where I should be.
