I have no technical background. My training is finance and real estate. I spent 18 years developing commercial real estate, and I have never taken a computer science class... So I built it myself, in a language I do not speak... He is not being taught to code. He is being taught to describe what he wants precisely enough that it gets made.

I carried a list of problems I knew intimately and had no way to solve... For my whole career, I saved lives the only way medicine allowed: one patient, one shift at a time. My impact ended where my hours did... What I want, and what this program finally made possible, is to save lives at scale while building financial and time freedom: freedom to be fully present with my family, and freedom to keep doing the work I love without a clock deciding its limits.

I was an entrepreneur with a fundamental problem: ideas were never my limitation-execution was... Over the next six weeks, I built Expand Health AI-a complete, production-ready healthcare practice management platform. Not a prototype. Not a landing page... I've gone from idea person to builder. From entrepreneur to founder-developer. The ventures I'll create from this point forward won't be limited by my ability to find or afford technical talent-they'll only be limited by my imagination and willingness to ship.

I looked for that everywhere and never found it anywhere... For my whole life, I was made to believe that I was undisciplined and not capable of working 'systematically', despite being capable, and it turns out that I was simply using tools designed for other people by other people... The use of AI, thanks to the AI Mastery 2026 has changed my relationship with myself.

Before, I used AI as an overqualified Google. One question at a time, starting from zero, every time. Now it knows my labs, my brand, my customers, my book and my calendar... At 60 I am restarting a company with more operating leverage than I had the first time.

For the first time, I had a tool that could be shaped entirely around the business. Not a generic platform with a configuration panel. A genuinely tailored system, built from the ground up around how a DMC actually operates - our workflow, our terminology, our commercial logic, our team structure... Before this programme, I could use AI. After it, I could build with it. The difference is significant.

In under three months I used AI to build an entire coaching business from scratch - an 8-week curriculum, a live web app, and a full marketing engine - and left a corporate career to run it.

I am a 65-year-old construction engineer (B.Sc.Civ.Eng., MBA) with zero coding background. Every deliverable was co-created with AI... AI doesn't replace vision - it amplifies a lifetime of experience. 40 years of engineering discipline made me a better AI user because I knew what good output looked like.

I built the entire business, positioning, product, and go-to-market, using AI as a genuine thought partner, while still working full-time as a Director of Corporate Marketing... The hardest part wasn't the AI. It was doing the emotional work of building a business around my own most vulnerable story while still being someone's employee five days a week.

Six months ago, I did not know what a code repository was. I genuinely thought GitHub was some kind of social network for programmers. Today I have a fully deployed product... what would have cost me 50 thousand to 100 thousand dollars in developer fees, I built for under 1 thousand dollars. What would have taken a development team months, I did in 55 days while working full time... This program taught me something that goes beyond tools and prompts. It taught me that I am not limited by what I do not know. I am only limited by what I have not yet chosen to learn.

What I was actually missing was a way to hold my own expertise outside my head - somewhere it could be picked up and used again without me re-explaining it every single time... I stopped being a person with a plan and became a person with a product.

I built an application skill from my own resumes, cover letters, and case studies. I used it to apply to 5 jobs in 30 minutes. More than half responded. Three turned into interviews. Two turned into offers at the same time: a marketing director role at a global organization, and a contributor role at an online magazine, a second income stream I wasn't expecting... I gave this program about 25%, and I'm not as connected to the community as I'd like to be. I know I had at least another 75% in me that I couldn't give this year. Even at a quarter of what I had to offer, this is what came out of it.
