I lost 28 pounds during the Challenge and I've already lost one more in the few days since it ended! 
I did not think I would be able to do this Challenge. I'm so glad it was a gradual process and I felt successful from the start. 
Eric is fantastic and does such a good job of educating and supporting the group. This program has really turned my health around.
