“Standing on the other side, 9 kg lighter was a huge success! ”

My WildFit story begins at 86 kg. The first weeks in WildFit i already came to an understanding, why it’s so hard to keep the weight off for good. The mix of health and psychology makes a great deal in my behavior. Slowly though the entire program I lost weight. So standing on the other side, 9 kg lighter was a huge success! The program is so easy to do, and even if you fail - you don’t fail, but learn. I’m so happy that i did WildFit!
