I have released 16lbs, I am now off blood pressure and thyroid medicine!

I let my body control how & what I ate. I thought I ate fairly healthy but I realize now how many times unhealthy food 'slipped in'.
I am in my 50's and tired of the diet cycle and being depressed about gaining the weight back. I was ready for real change.
Eating this way was enjoyable and though I don't have time to prep, I could often eat the Wild Fit way quickly and be satisfied. I can do without certain foods that I didn't think I could do without.
I have released 16lbs, my friends say my complexion looks great, I am now off blood pressure and thyroid medicine!
