"My clothes are fitting better due to weight loss, I have more energy"
Overwhelmed by caring for two family members with different dietary needs while neglecting her own health, she discovered how to break free from unhealthy eating patterns. Now she has more energy, is losing weight, and feels empowered to provide better care for her loved ones.
Before joining the Wildfit Quest my life was constantly centered around what food to put on the table because I care for two people with very different dietary needs. At the same time, I was trying to keep my own health on track but when it came to eating, because of lack of time, I would often snack on leftovers on their plates and also rely on ready-made meals, which, at the time I thought were healthy options. Little did I know! After taking this Quest I feel more knowledgeable, more in control of my cravings and am enjoying preparing healthy meals from scratch again. The reason I enrolled in this Quest was that I realized that if I wasn't healthy my ability to care for my husband and mother could, at any time, come crashing down like a pack of cards. What I was seeking to learn from this Quest is how to mindfully eat, realizing that I needed to eat to live not live to eat. The reason why I recommend this Quest is because it empowers you to take back control from the constant pressures exerted upon us by external marketing influences, helping us to make choices surrounding food a less stressful and more empowering experience. My clothes are fitting better due to weight loss, I have more energy and although I am a positive natured person, on the whole, I feel very inspired and motivated about the future despite everything else going on in the World today! With the responsibility, I carry for the loved ones I know that I'm giving them the best possible care because I'm caring much better for myself where food is concerned.
