Before doing the challenge, I hesitated a lot, not so much over whether it worked or not, but because of the investment involved. I'm from Guatemala and buying any product in dollars gets way too expensive in my local currency. Anyway, I watched Mindvalley's introductory class on Wildfit, I think I watched it 2 or 3 times to convince myself to do the challenge. Before venturing into Wildfit, I can say I wasn't an obese woman, but I did have a few extra pounds, in fact about 10 pounds over my ideal weight. I was going to the gym, but since my twenties I had only gained weight and hadn't managed to lose those extra pounds. My job is stressful and tiring, I travel from a town to the city, so I get really worn out, I got very sleepy during the day. I don't have any trouble sleeping at night, but I felt drained of energy most days. When I listened to the Wilfit introductory class, I thought that I wanted to improve my eating, have more energy, live healthier and lose those extra pounds. I managed to get a loan to pay for the course, since I didn't have the money to pay for it, so I'm paying for the program in Visa installments, I have 20 installments left to pay, but I can say it was worth it. During the challenge I can say there were a lot of emotions, the inner dialogue is strong, you tell yourself a lot of things, but Erick guides you through the whole process, and yes, the food devil is strong and the sugar monster wants to annihilate us, but with Erick's advice, you deal with that roller coaster of emotions. The challenge at the beginning is great, there's not much to do, you even feel comfortable, but as the weeks go by it gets tougher and literally challenging. During the challenge I started to feel happy when I stepped on the scale and saw that I had lost my first 5 pounds, that feels great and it motivated me more, since it was a stage of the challenge where they said weight loss wasn't expected yet, but in my case I had lost a few pounds, that got me excited to keep going.

The areas of my life where I've seen improvement are, obviously, the weight loss, maybe it's not a lot, I lost 12 pounds during the challenge, this put me at my ideal weight for me and that makes me very happy. On the other hand, I feel I have more energy, I no longer get sleepy after lunch, I feel more alert and I have more mental clarity. Before the challenge, after a "good lunch" for me, I was very sleepy and had little energy to keep working, now I feel I'm more productive at work and when I get home I still have energy to do things around the house. I'm very happy with the results of Wildfit and the debt I took on to do the challenge was worth it.

The things I've changed in my life after the challenge are that I think that when I become a mother, I want to have health and energy to take care of my child, and with the pace of life I had and my diet, I was far from achieving that. Now I'm more aware of my eating, Erick guides you through the whole process so that you can have a lasting healthy diet that lets you have quality of life. It's been two weeks since I finished the WILDFIT CHALLENGE and I keep living the wildfit life, the food devil and the sugar monster sometimes show up but I can deal with them since the program builds solid foundations so you can keep yourself in the wildfit life.

I can only be grateful to Erick's wonderful program and to Mindvalley, because through them I was able to change my quality of life.
