Before joining the program I weighed 238 pounds, I suffered from generalized inflammation that caused me a lot of pain in all my joints, especially aggravating the arthritis in my knees. I had very little energy and despite sleeping many hours, I was always tired.

Thanks to Wild Fit, I no longer blame myself for my state of health, I feel liberated and at the same time in total control of my health. It's incredible. I lost 20 pounds, gained muscle, I can exercise without pain, and my sugar addiction that I had since I was a child is over. Nothing hurts anymore, the inflammation is gone. I've even been able to start training for a marathon and my knees, they don't hurt despite the arthritis.

Now I have all the energy I need to continue on my journey to fully recover my health and reach my desired weight. Thanks to Wild Fit I'm now sure that I'm going to make it. I'm very grateful to the program, to Eric and his dedication and for sharing this knowledge so genuinely with the rest of the world.

Antes de entrar al programa pesaba 238 libras, sufría de inflamación generalizada que me causaba mucho dolor en todas mis coyunturas, especialmente agravaba la artritis en mis rodillas. Tenia muy poca energía y a pesar de dormir muchas horas, siempre estaba cansada.

Gracias a Wild Fit, ya no me culpo por mi estado de salud, me siento liberada y a la misma vez en total control de mi salud. Es increíble. Perdí 20 libras, gané músculo, me puedo ejercitar sin dolor, y mi adicción a la azúcar que tenia desde niña se acabó. Ya no me duele nada, la inflamación se fue. Incluso he podido comenzar un entrenamiento para un maratón y mis rodillas, no duelen a pesar de la artritis.

Ahora tengo toda la energía que necesito para continuar en mi viaje a recuperar por completo mi salud y lograr alcanzar mi peso deseado. Gracias a Wild Fit ahora estoy segura de que lo voy a lograr. Estoy muy agradecida del programa, por Eric y su dedicación y compartir este conocimiento de manera tan genuina con el resto del mundo.
