Really enjoyed this course as part of my CPD. Christine's style really resonated with me. I liked how the course was structured, and that I was able to do it at my own pace. It took slightly longer for me as I had a period of ill health whilst doing it. I have found I am using her tools in different parts of my life, not just in my coaching.
