I have seen a shift in how I have relationships and how I get my needs met from others. Also how I deal with triggers. How I see spirituality. How much conviction I have in my own life. I would recommend this as a good all round base that brings a powerful comprehensive approach to your own life and to your coaching practice. I got a lot from the course and I know this will help me put powerful programs together for my clients.
