Had lot of limiting beliefs, I overcame those. I felt unleashed myself. I could stand tall in my own space and face any situation. Think being a psychologist myself i could completely connect with Christine Hassler and her methodology and tools. It helped me understand how i could smoothly make the transition from being a counselor to being a Coach. Adding to what I learned.
