Have I seen any positive changes in my life using Uncompromised Life? Yes, definitely, and they continue to happen as I progress through the program. I'm just about to start module 4 today.
What has worked for me? At this point, one of the most noticeable things is how much my positive self-talk has improved. My awareness of what I say to myself has increased, and I now find myself much more able to choose loving, empowering language and visions in my mind.
What I love about Uncompromised Life, firstly, is simply how effective it is for me and how quickly I started seeing positive results... within the first week! And these positive results continue to expand and increase. I also love how good the hypnotic exercises feel. Marisa Peer is a very effective therapist and hypnotist, and her words have great effect for me. I do the hypnotic exercises in the evening just before going to bed, and they're a great way to relax at that time while creating positive change as well.[...]
What impact has Uncompromised Life had on my life? At this point, it has already empowered me to create significant positive changes, and continues to do so, in multiple areas of my life. One of the most noticeable is that my self-love has increased exponentially. For much of my life I had been un-loving to myself without consciously realizing it... and that has impacted just about every aspect of my life, relationships and interactions with others, and more. I feel more confident, happy, loving and grateful for virtually everything, and this continues to expand. Self-consciousness, lack of self-esteem, feeling unworthy and unlovable, and judgment of myself and others, are some of the things that I have felt dissolving/going away over the past couple of weeks. I have stopped procrastinating as well, which is another big shift for me. Over the past while, I have noticed some other interesting shifts, synchronicities and other events in my experience. I have been asking for guidance and help with various aspects of my life, and things very noticeably appear in response - Uncompromised Life appeared in that way - and this seems to be increasing now. These events may not be direct results of Uncompromised Life, but they are happening in harmony with the positive changes from it, that's for sure. It all adds up to feeling more excited, liberated, inspired, grateful, loved and loving than I ever have before... I'm thrilled to experience what's next, now!
