Before this program I was very affected by rejection. I took on others opinion of me as the “truth”. My self identity was very fragile and dependent on what others thought. After this program, I can more easily see that what other say is merely an opinion and I can decide to take it in or not. Specially when it comes to criticism, thanks to Marissa I can now decide how to respond when I don’t want to take in the criticism
