Before I listened to Marisa P. I new my mind and felt totally responsible for it. My mother passed my son moved and did not communicate at all for a year..I was shaken and questioned all of my thoughts and feelings about my life. Marisa has put me back on track to trusting my knowing and validation. My heart ❤ has always lead me...but I started to t a ke on shame and guilt felt rejected and needed to de-stress and give myself permission to grieve...thank you so much for this Special time and opportunity to be close to myself again.
